About Us
The science of living well
Optima Vitae is an ancient philosophy of wellbeing. Translated from Latin, it means “the best of life.” It speaks to living with purpose, vitality and connection. We support individuals, teams and organisations to cultivate Optima Vitae - so they can grow, contribute meaningfully, and flourish over time.
Our Vision
Empower individuals and teams to live fulfilling and connected lives through evidence-based wellbeing science.
Our Mission
To translate the science of wellbeing into practical, engaging experiences that help people move from burnout and stress to clarity, vitality and purpose. Through coaching, workshops and strategic programmes we develop wellbeing experiences that aim to enable individuals, teams and organisations with strategies that safeguard their wellbeing (buffering), enhance their strengths (boosting) and foster lifelong growth (building)
